This is the largest park in Nancy, in more than one sense!
Firstly, the original Nursery Royale (no less!), Park Pepinère was founded by Stanislas on the site of the historic Dukes’ gardens and the strong holds of the Old City.
Secondly, by its size, it is 23 hectares
Thirdly, by its enviable position in the heart of the city, it borders the two larger UNESCO inscribed squares, Place Stan and Place de la Carrière
It is a paradise for walkers, joggers, prams, children, students and the perfect place for a breath of fresh air or a picnic under a tree.
