The Préville cemetery is home to some of the finest funerary monuments in France, decorated with stained glass and mosaics by artists as diverse as Emile Gallé and Eugène "Père Lachaise" from Nancy. This sloping cemetery is not only home to the graves of some of the world's most famous dead, but also to a number of Art Nouveau nuggets. The visit focuses on the contributions (stone statues, chapels, stained glass, bronzes) of Ecole de Nancy artists.
